Postage & Packaging: Postage is charged at £2.50 for the first item, plus £1.00 for each additional items. All items are sent by 1st Class Recorded Delivery. For orders outside of the United Kingdom please contact us before placing the order. The orders will be sent as soon as possible after payments have cleared. Delivery usually takes 3-4 days but at busy periods this may increase, please allow 10 days before contacting us regarding un-delivered items.
Returns Policy: If you are not satisified with your jewellery it can be returned for a full refund, providing it has not been worn or damged and is returned within 14 days. You are responsible for the postage and goods when returning items, we cannot be held responsible for any damges or losses made by Royal Mail and will be unable to refund any items we do not receive. Please enclose a copy of the invoice with your item and send to the address on the contact page. Unfortunatly due to hygeine reasons ear rings cannot be returned.
